My work is to be understood in stories. When you open the box, however, you don’t see a book as usual, but a picture. But before the story came the reflection. I asked myself what poetry means to me and realised that it’s not that easy to answer. Poetry is not just a poem or a novel, it can also be found in other things, such as landscapes. This theme was the most tangible for me, which is why I decided to base my works on it. I deliberately chose places that I have already been to and that mean something special to me.
